Religious Education Registration

- Faith Formation

Registration consists of three parts:
1. the form below,
2. the medical treatment release form, and
3. the registration fee.

Please fill out the form, then either present your payment to the office or use the link below the form to access our WeShare service. Please note that your space will not be reserved until full payment has been received along with the medical treatment release form.

A Medical Treatment Release is mandatory for all students. The completed form must be returned as you register. Please complete one form per child.

Online Registration Payment

The cost for registering online is $130.00 per student, and can be done through our WeShare Online Giving Service. The cost is $125.00 if paid directly at the Parish Office by cash or check. If your student is receiving a Sacrament (First Communion or Confirmation), the cost is $155.00 ($150.00 if paid by check to the parish); please ensure you select the correct items for each of your children on the page.

If you do not yet have a WeShare Account, you will have to create a login to do so. Once you do, the WeShare service is also available for weekly donations, our maintenance fund, flowers, Holy Days, and more! It is safe, secure, and with recurring payments, easy to use as well.
